Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund when customer cancels up to 72h prior to the departure time

• 50% refund when cancellation occurs within 72h and 24h prior to the departure time.

• No refund for cancellations occurring less than 24h prior to the departure time or when the customer does not show up.

Transfer departure time:

• Free change departure time before 24 hours to available time, if the price of next departure time is higher, customer will pay extra money for it

Delays, schedule change due to natural disasters, weather, incidents:

In the case of adverse weather conditions such as windstorms or natural disasters the schedule may be postponed until the weather is favorable. The customers are entitled to a full refund if the new scheduled time does not suit their needs.
